7-day return window
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Tags must be intact. Custom-printed and final-sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Open your order from order tracking, then choose Request Return on eligible delivered orders. If the request is outside the brand policy window, you will see the configured policy message instead of a generic error.
Refunds & RTO
Delivered orders are not refunded automatically through Razorpay until the brand confirms RTO / undelivered. Cancelled orders before shipping may be refunded to the original Razorpay payment when applicable.
